👩💻 About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Recruitment Advisor/Admin to join our busy HR and recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in recruitment and administration with one of the UK’s leading logistics groups.
📝 What You’ll Do
- Support with recruitment administration and advertising
- Help manage candidate applications and communications
- Organise interviews and maintain records
- Use Excel and other systems to track and report on recruitment activities
- Provide general admin support to the recruitment team
🎓 Training & Development
- You’ll work towards a Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship (equivalent to 1 GCSE or 3 passes).
- Potential to progress onto Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship (A Level equivalent).
- Gain hands-on experience while developing strong recruitment and business admin skills.
